We routinely use our in-house laboratory to perform rapid and inexpensive diagnostic tests that help us care for your pet. Having the ability to do these important diagnostics quickly in house can be an important step in defining your pet’s problem and sometimes have the treatment start for your pet in one visit. Outside Laboratory:
We outsource to numerous laboratories for our specialized diagnostic tests. The types of routine diagnostic work we send out include blood samples for hormonal, infectious disease and metabolic testing. Also, pathology and bladder stone samples are sent out for evaluation and there are numerous other diagnostics routinely submitted to these specialty labs. These vary in time but are crucial in finding the alignments that are threatening your pet.
